I believe it's actually the 24th largest by now...

Indians, Chinese, Lebanese, Egyptian are moving to Nigeria in large Numbers. Same way many of us are planning to japa to canada and co. I think they see the potentials many of us fails to see. Many Indians and Lebanese have turned Nigeria to their home, they can't go back again.

My only problem with these people is that they don't have regards for Nigerians working for them, especially those Lebanese.

I definitely agree with the need to strengthen workers' rights across the board.

It cannot just be workers' rights for when the workers are faced with foreigners.

It is all about MINDSET.

As for the Indians, the real reason a Nigerian tech graduate will struggle to find decent work there is the same reason a Ghanaian tech graduate will struggle to find work in Nigeria. Nigeria is overflowing with tech graduates and competition is fierce. And a Nigerian firm will favour one of those young Nigerians over a Ghanaian newcomer. Likewise an Indian firm will favour Indian graduates over Nigerians.

Indians will come to Nigeria and set up a tech company. But Nigerian tech firms will not do the same and set up in India, not because they are not allowed to, but because the competition there is fierce, with multiple Indian companies vying for the same contracts, and long established networks holding sway over new entrants.

So the Nigerian tech firm will instead move to a smaller country than Nigeria, say Ghana. Or Sierra Leone. Just like the Indian tech firm moves to a smaller country like Nigeria to do business, where competition is less fierce.

So, at the end of the day, it's really about business reality, not so much about race and how Indians hate Africans etc. They just don't NEED us in certain capacities which we present ourselves. If they did, sheer economic expediency would wipe away that 'racism' in an instant.

So deal with reality.
