The 300sqm I bought opposite golf lakwe , that’s half plot it’s 2m base on say the man nah my customer and it has all legit papers and not even dry land ooooo.

With those omo onile u can even see a plot 2m but future is not guarantee so I advice u just buy from estate if u don’t stay around here because land matter now get as he be because no police station to report again if u are dupe.
Just a brotherly advice

Thanks for the advice. The thing is that these estate people are very selfish. Their prices are exorbitant and they also charge developmental fee! Like seriously?

I believe it is possible to find a genuine land owner to buy directly from. Not everyone is 419 in Nigeria and I believe some good people are in the business.

You don’t think I can find something between 3 - 4 million?

If you stay around here you will see legit 4m direct from owner, whenever the owner is in need of money but don’t buy from buy from any agent u meet online .
Ibeju lekki nah where many people have been scammed of land .
You can only see direct owner if you stay around and tel few people Nd they will update u once a legit one is available and u ask people around abt the land and area b4 paying

Thanks for your input I really appreciate. I heard some lands are currently being sold in Abijo (not GRA). Do you any about this? Or any information or contact in that area?

I stay at lakwe not far from abijoh
Lands plenty for abijoh just that omo onile wahala On top land no Dey finish there , they have 2 bales there OJUPON AND ADAMAK FAMILIES , So their kids always fight for land there .
Pls look for another place or buy from estate there or reseller just don’t buy from those 2 family if u no wan pay 2 times

What about Abibu Ajao family. They are also in Abijo no? I heard their lands are genuine and not problematic. A plot 600 sqm going for 5 million from the family. The only issue is 350 signing fee that the family will also collect as I have been informed by an agent. Your input pls.

The same agent that will later tell you it’s family problem that one elder brother refuse to sign .
Well I will never tel you not to buy since is only abijoh u want to buy but stay away from any family at abijoh .
Those dat did paid twice
Agent won’t tell u this
Only 5% there are neutral
Except u buying from individual
Don’t buy from any abijoh family because one person no go see out of the money and u go still pay am .
