Because an average Nigerian is Job indoctrinated,

Because an average Nigeria is program to think through their sex organ

Because an average Nigeria always thinking of running to abroad for means of survival

Because an average Nigeria don't want to learn beyond what they taught them in school

Tribe matters, race matters

White people as a tribe live together and will be angry when their tribe is being taken over by foreigners.
Chinese do similar stuff and other race.

Just because we are human beings does not mean we have similar mentality, similar cultures and traditions.

I can categorically tell you that the cause of mass corruption in Nigeria is because of multiculturalism.

If an igbo, s yoruba and a hausa person tries to help only their tribe, we call the person tribalist.

Every smart person will put the interest of his tribe or race before another race or tribe. it is called self preservation.

Oga leave elites out of it

Most Nigerians are just uneducated ignorant mumus That are so annoying

Nigeria have an unhealthy rivalry among ethnic groups in the country

Education will reduce it
If you doubt use Delta State as case study

You are asking me a question you already know the answer to. The drug barons have records in United States: one was a former Governor of the South Western State and another the other became a Senator and had a series called "Orange is the new black" made about him and his gang.
The fraudster have looted $600 billion dollars since 1960 when we gained independence according to the Economist. Look at the candidates tribalists are campaigign to rule in 2023:Atiku,Tinubu,Okorocha,Orji Kalu,El-Rufai etc tell me which of didn't make money through dipping their hands in public office.

What Delta state case study?

Delta has one of, if not the highest literacy rate in Nigeria ( among youths especially )hardly would you see a youth in Delta that does not have at least secondary school education

I believe it's the reason why the state does not have the type of ethnic tension you have in most other multi ethnic states in Nigeria

Even in their politics they respect the rotation of power
In the last elections Okowa won a lot of votes from uhrobo even though his opponent was an urhobo man . Before during and after the election there was no serious quarrels or court cases it was accepted and everybody moved on

For me it's one state with the most civilized minded people in Nigeria

I pity your generation. You're one of the tribalists that contributed to this fantastically corrupt failed state by not supporting the best candidate.
