Tccomms:Well... What it means is that the Phone had been recently Repaired by the Company to be Like a New Phone (E.g The Company May Have Changed the Motherboard, Battery, Screen or Even the Charging port) So... It's Safe, tho looks like a bit of risk to get one... But the advantage is that you get to buy it at a very cheap price |
