Contrary to Buhari and keyamo's assertion, Ikeja disco has gone ahead to increase the tariff again in flagrant disrespect of presidential order. I just bought ₦10000 worth for 189 units.

Which presidential order? Presidential order doesn't say decrease. It says increase to d next level

But that’s the plan.

Estimated billing galore. This is while they continue to increase tariffs. Free money, less supply...

Nigeria keeps treating DISCOs with kid gloves! They need eternity to roll out meters

Nonsense news. Did MTN, Glo, Econet, Etisalat wait for years before billing and metering calls appropriately?

Not quite the same. For electricity meters, people have to come physically to your house to come and install. Telecoms isn't like that. It's all done backend on single servers, so nowhere near as logistically challenging.

Not making excuses for them though, as they should have done way better.

I know you won't like what I say. I am a believer but honestly speaking that acronym is synonymous to a strip club.

They dont have excuses at all...take car numbers as an example, once you acquire a number its register and you go home and fix it,at the expiry date , they send you an sms it has expired, meters should be purchased the same way .

Lol. In your opinion, Buhari has done well? We should be careful the way we pour accolades on Leaders.
AdolfAboki:
Good... Everyone is working under this government!

It's almost the same thing. DisCos deliberately hoard the meters for reasons best known to all of us.
