Hello nairalanders, please i need your opinion on this. I currently work with FCDA as a project staff (civil engineer) and I have an offer to join the DSS now I'm stuck between staying with FCDA or joining the DSS as I'm only a project staff with fcda. Your opinion matters a lot,thanks. |

majid4real:What position are u being considered for at DSS? And it seems better to work with the DSS since you are a project staff there which looks like a not too permanent job. |

In FCDA you can't go beyond a director even to be a director in FCDA you need to have a strong sponsor or god father. In DSS you can at least be a state director like commissioner of police, national director, deputy director general and if God help you DG. You make your decision now. majid4real: |
