Whenever I subscribed for airtel 500 Naira plan, they will double my YouTube night data but ever since I bought the SIM I've been unable to use this particular promo all it says is ''expired" I've tried calling the customer service but I don't even know how to explain further for the agent as she's not really getting it right.. But she assured me that all my complaints will be resolved within 12 hours but yet telling same thing.. I can't even risk my major subscription for YouTube night videos and after all Shebi na them give me promo.. Why I no fit use am

Ignore the "expired" part.I use mine like that and it works but I make sure have exhausted my main data,to avoid stories. |
