My UBA Bank debit MasterCard was stolen on weekend I try reaching them to no avail, only to check my mobile app to see all my cash withdrawn without a single SMS or email alert which I subscribed for. Still wondering my PIN number never compromised how come and what's the point of PIN on a card that can still be accessed What's happening |

First check your account statement through your mobile app to know which medium was used to remove your money. Then report to your bank on Monday |

Firstbank is a master at that. 7k just left my account and it didn't reflect on my bank statement. Went to the bank to complain, they told me it's mastercard that removed my money like WTF. Who gave mastercard that access? Like I'm keeping my money with you not MasterCard. Irritating shiii |

I even contacted MasterCard, there reply goes "Hi xxxxxxxx, we are sorry to read this. Please reach out to your card issuer again to dispute the charges, cancel your card / request a replacement. Alternatively, call the Mastercard Assistance Center https:///Q89xDe92wR Have a nice day." shilenji: |
