Thanks for contacting. If I read you well, the TV sounds but no pictures. Please provide me with the Model Number(eg. LG55LW5600)
However, the possible faults could be:
LED driver fault or an LED backlight strip fault.

Again, when you shine a touch light on the screen, do you see dark visual pictures? If you do, then the LED strip/lights could be bad.

My scanfrost tv won’t turn on , it has only the red light on standby and it won’t turn green.

I don't take TVs with horizontal/vertical lines problems. Most of the time you have to change the complete module responsible for the lines. You bring it down to my shop let me give it a shot.
