Since you are asking i assume you have an android phone. with that in mind you actually have a few options .

If you want to be patriotic & help a fellow Naija brothers hussle then you can go for Retro2me emulator. This emulator has a beautiful UI but is not the most powerful emulator as a few games will not run on it.

Another option is the J2me Loader , this emulator dors not look as beautiful as Retro2me but is more powerful and has more screen display than Retro2me .

You didn't ask but as a bonus since you are a MobileGamer like me i will give you this update.

If you have a bluetooth GamePad controller then you can use it to play the emulated game by way of the Octopus Keymapper app on android.
Rather than the touch screen of your phone you will now have a console like gameplay experience on games originally designed for keypad phones
