After I sold my $15 to someone here yesterday, the same person contacted me today that another person just scammed him of $20 today, and it could have easily been $102.

I just created a group on Telegram for all such stranger to stranger transactions now, where I serve as the escrow.
I believe as transactions history builds, trust should also.

All digital wallets like Skrill, Neteller, Perfect Money etc and Cryptocurrencies also can and will be transacted there.

I hope this works, and scamming is curbed as much as possible.

The 15$ Skrill was no issue. I got that already. The one in question is Usman Mohammed that I transffered Naira to but he did not transfer the Skrill How do we stop these scammers on this platform? They make Nairaland a bad place to do business and network.
