Seems some of are our so called elite are way behind news update.
It has been made crystal clear by Ondo state govt. in today's news that the order was not for them to vacate the state but for the sole purpose of having all the herders in their forest reserve properly registered. This will enable the govt to identify the genuine herders from criminal elements hiding under the cover of cattle rearing to perpetrate evil. If they refuse this exercise it means they are all criminal element masquerading as herdsmen.

What is governor and his police force were doing all this while when criminals were kidnapping and killing?. Is it not the responsibility of the authority to investigate crimes and arrest criminals regardless of tribes?

In this day and age there should a ban on their nomadic lifestyle. Maybe the 17 Southern governors and their North Central counterparts should have a conference were open grazing should be banned. They should buy or lease land for grazing. Otherwise they should move to states or countries it is allowed.

Governor Akeredolu just exposed what a fulani President can do if Ruga settlement plan was implemented.

If southern and middle belt state had agreed to Ruga settlement plan for the herdsmen the federal government would have interfered in matter involving the state and the herdsmen.

Now that there is no Ruga one can see the body language of the Fulani born President.

Your point is correct.

But Shehu Sani one of their northern ex-senator together with Buhari are having a different interpretation.

They both see Akeredolu order to the herdsmen to quit Ondo state forest as an order that they should leave Ondo state and move to the north.

Like I said earlier on in my previous post, Buhari will not be at the presidency to pamper and spoonfed his fulani kinsmen forever.

He will quit public office in three years time having exhausted his last and final term as allowed by the constitution.

Has Buhari thought about what will happen next to the herdsmen when he leave the political office in 2023?

Will he abandon his cattles in Daura and be fighting for his kinsmen whenever they are in a crisis situation?
