It has nothing to do with my network provider. Go to Gionee thread and read similar stories.

Used a gionee didn’t have such issues , had the issue with iPhone, once network goes off n comes back notification for FaceTime comes up n once u press ok money is deducted

this actually is true, check gsmarena and see complaints; according to them the deductions occur due to a pre-installed system app
