Tade and Kemi had their wedding a week after the End SARS protest which later got hijacked by hoodlums and was turn to means of looting shops and properties across the country.

There was a mobile phone among the packaged gifts which were presented to them on their wedding day. The police came to their house last week to arrest them claiming a stolen phone from a store was traced to their house and eventually it was discovered to be the phone they saw among the gifts presented to them.

Question 1: How will the couple prove their innocence since they don't know who among the guests gave them the phone as gift?
