Why is Kaduna state against the resumption of the university even after inspecting the university and proclaiming that they are satisfied with the measures put in place to curb covid19? this is a federal institution, why is the state having so much control. please someone should move this to front page.

Well isn't that the federalism that we want . They're not yet convinced they're ready to resume to resume. IMO ABU should do a further review of their resumption especially the phases aspect .
