JUST LOOK IF ANAMBRA STATE GOVT CAN EXPAND ROADS AND BEAUTIFY THEM @ NNEWI, WE WILL BE COMPETING WITH THE BEST IN THE WORLD!

Innoson is doing a remarkable job in Nnewi. If the Anambra State Government did half of what this man is doing we would be further than we are. But they are building one lane village roads to rice farms instead of wide avenues in cities. In cities, buses are still loading along expressways and filthy parks. Innoson produces 20-50 seater buses but instead of patronizing him and developing organized transport we rely on keke causing chaos everywhere. Not to mention all the filthy markets everwhere most of which are concrete blocks with poorly constructed roofs and non-existent conveniences.

INNOSON is already under the Fulani Janjaweeed radar of destruction.

After years of denying it of foreign exchange had failed and heavily taxing its imported machinery, they have now decided to open the Nigerian market to all sorts of used cars from all over the world! They even slashed the tariff on used cars from the insufficient 35% to now a mere 5% ! Mind you, this is the same country that claims it needs to increase taxes to fund its budget and closed her border to protect local cement, tomato and onions production!
.

Worse still, they have doubled the tariffs on imported industrial machines while maintaining all sorts of tarrif waivers on DANGOTE imports claiming he is building a refinery. Now ask me why or how Nigeria can ever develop if all they do is how to turn the table against one part of the country. Even when the entire Africa desperately need the factories they are desperate to kill in Nigeria?

Before this beautiful factory and pride of the black race is killed by the Nigerian Federal Government, INNOSON must seriously consider partnering with another African government to build a subsidiary in that African country. That Subsidiary would be for global export which will be supported by that country's Federal Government. The best African country that easily comes to mind with stable electricity and good ease of doing business is TANZANIA!
Chima, you're spot on!

I sometimes wonder why a lot of Ndigbo are so naive and blind to the machinations of these hateful people! At best of times, the Nigerian political-economy presents an unlevel playing field that places us at a disadvantage, but this present Buhar/APC regime has taken this to stratospheric levels! I'm watching Arise TV news now, and just found out from one of the guests, Paul Alaje, that Dangote and BUA were two of three businesses given preferential status for sugar importation. This is exactly what i mean when i say Nigeria is existing mainly for the pleasure of a few to the exclusion of the many!

I'm so impressed with what INNOSON has achieved in Nnewi through sheer grit, determination and hard graft! Discovered from the clip that Nnewi is a ecosystem for vehicle manufacturing, with different industries complimenting each other! Impressive stuff.

One has to ask what part the federal and state gov'ts have played and are playing to assist this self-made industrial hub!
Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by GitmoAuditors:
No one needs your useless worthless incoherent input. Use it to fix your miserable filthy frustrated life. Anambra is not responsible for your hopelessness and frustration in life. Anambra markets are the best in Nigeria. Anambra has the best road networks in the region. Anambra is the economic hub of the region. Anambra is moving forward in all sectors of development irrespective of what you clown thinks.

Innoson To Aid The National Gas Expansion Programme.

The National Gas Expansion Programme(NGEP) is key to the survival of Nigeria as a nation in the coming years.
It is establishing systems to utilise the natural gas that we have been flaring for the past 70 years for energy as well as for the production of other petrochemicals needed for local and international markets.
INNOSON KIARA ACADEMY was invited to provide solutions for the training component and to start a pilot scheme.
As we make this all important transition to gas, we will need;
55 million gas cylinders (new models made of Polymer resins from our petrochemical plants).
300 million burners for cooking gas cylinders using recycled metal scraps in the country.
Apart from saving scarce foreign exchange, this will create lots of jobs in the process.

The problem APGA have is not Soludo or whoever else it is Obiano. He started quickly and was given a pass in 2017 and should have used the opportunity to perform in his second tenure such that whoever he nominated as his successor would sweep the governorship elections. But Obiano F'd up by delivering little and has way too many political enemies at this point - Peter Obi, Ngige, Arthur Eze, Ifeanyi Uba, Bianca Ojukwu. This is why he is rushing to build the airport, ICC, Millenium City roads and Stadium with just 10 months to go. But it looks like too little, too late.

Nobody asked for your inconsequential useless worthless incoherent opinion. Keep it to yourself, no one asked you because we don't need it.

Obiano has done so well starting from the time he came in and now. He is among the few best performing governors in Nigeria

The Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, in few weeks time will visit Anambra State to commission an all-inclusive industrial park.

Tribune Online gathered that the industrial park is the Federal Government’s reward to Anambra State for winning the 2019 award of the best state in micro, small and medium enterprises.

The Managing Director, Anambra State Small Business Agency, ASBA, Sir Clement Chukwuka, disclosed this at a collaborative meeting with Anambra State Coalition of Civil Society Networks, ASCON, in his office at Awka.

Sir Clement said the industrial park being erected at Nkwelle Ezunaka, and its centred to house financial institutions, Corporate Affairs Commission, among other allied offices that would provide convenient business environment for industrialists in the state.

The ASBA boss equally stated that Anambra qualified to host this latest business innovation due to its prime position in harnessing small and medium scale businesses for optimal growth, adding that no other state came close to Anambra when the level of implementation was reviewed.

He lauded the economic drive and foresight of the state governor, Chief Willie Obiano in supporting ASBA and enabling it to raise multifarious small and medium scale enterprises with strong capital bases.

Sir Clement expressed the hope that business will flourish throughout the state with the coming on board of the park, adding that they will not travel as far as Abuja or Lagos, to tidy up their business transactions.

Earlier, the leader of Civil Society Networks in the state, Prince Chris Azor thanked the state governor for investing in ASBA and encouraging it to assist cash trapped business people to raise capital.
