Once you mention AC or Freezer then expect a very high charge. Also you did not mention how long you want to run the freezer and AC for. These are very important is it an office or residential.

Where did you buy your panel from and who did the wiring. Maybe they used aluminum wire.
Solar panels last for at least 10yrs. That does not mean they last forever.
Also your wire may not be well insulated. Most panels comes with well insulated wires. So you need to be clear did you join an aluminum wire to your panel.

Hi, thanks for your input.
The fault is from the wire. The wire I used initially isn't good. I have replaced the wire, and all is working fine now.
