But truth be told, in as much as I wanted stability & Frank Lampard to succeed at the job, he doesn't seem well equipped to manage huge ego amongst the high profile players we signed ( Kai Havertz) being the worst culprit and that is not a good trait for a young manager. There was a detailed article I read on twitter about the board insistence on his signing instead of Declan Rice, who was his choice.

As a Chelsea fan I'm disgusted by Abramovich decision to sack Frank. In all my years as football and Chelsea fan I've never seen a coach tactically better than Frank Lampard and I think he's the best coach we ever have had. Back him and trust the process. We can still do this! We are Chelsea! COYB!
