Erica did not kill Laycon either. I gave your guy example with murder and asked him to do same with the crimes he accused Erica of . If he proves the laws that makes them crimes then how Erica fulfilled all the requirements in law then we can look at the defenses but he could not even prove that she broke any law to start with.
