People of Oyo voted Makinde, if he's doing what they want and they're happy with him, they'll vote him again.

APC knows this and that's why the situation is delicate for all parties in the political space.

The people don't weave in circles like politicians. they know fulanis are threatening their lives and livelihood.

Makinde has "ordered" Sunday Igboho's arrest. That's what a governor should do. what else? it is left to the people to interpret what they want of that. However, he's not the one to go and arrest him. If Igboho is still walking free, it is because the police hasn't done their job.
