Chipset can be liken to the type of engine it posseses, v6 or v8, if u even put 6 tyres on a v6 engine it can't out power the v8 engine on 4 tyres either.

Back to Android it maybe b powered by a Snapdragon chipset or mediatek or etc, all have variations too with features, a 6gb ram mtk p23 pro can't outpower a 4gb mtk g90t chipset, likewise a Snapdragon 636 can't outpower a Snapdragon 855 chipset, the chipset determine the smooth user experience on a mobile phone, gaming too.

The 3g network shows up sometimes but you can't use it to make or receive calls,
The 4g network never shows up at all
I tried airtel and MTN
