So guys, what's your point of views and advice for me.

Got a Job of 50k, what kind of house do you think I can actually rent.

Went out today in search of accomdation to rent, the cost and my choice got me confused.

A room self cont. @ N180k per annual
A room and parlour self cont. @ N210k
A room (Face me ) @ N50k

Which should I go for and why ?

Your advise will be highly appreciated !!!

Go for what you can afford without having to break a sweat. But if you want your privacy and at the same time cut cost since you're single (that's if you are), I'll advice you go for the single room self contained apartment.

The third option would be wise, if you're not married.

You can save N15, 000 from your monthly salary for a year, then advance to the room and parlour the following year. Continue with your savings till God bless you enough to get a bigger apartment if you're not contented with the apartment you are in.
