And funds the construction of 8 Nuclear subs, 1 aircraft carrier, 4 destroyers, 11 frigates and several others along with 2.5 billion for Defence R & D. And we only spend 8.3% of our budget expenditure on defense, lol.

Again, create a semblance of basic industrialization in your country before comparing with a nation which has already demonstrated ASAT & Nuclear submarines.
