Many times, Payoneer has ripped me of my hard-earned dollar with their very low exchange rate. So, I decided to seek the services of a trusted exchanger to exchange some dollars. After selecting the "Pay to recipient's payoneer account" option, Payoneer kept showing me this. To be honest, I don't know what to do again. Do you have any Idea how I can bypass this?

According to what I was told, you can't withdraw to an exchanger account until you receive upto $1000 and above. |
