My bluetooth shows the messag below whenever I try to xplore another device on my laptop, it can send and receive files though.

Also, if I click 'yes' on the error message, it shows this message below.

The blue tooth has an internal driver, how do I know if it neeeds updates?
My OS is 64bit.

Here's how to check for driver update manually. Might be different on your laptop. First Turn on your bluetooth.

Does it automatically save pictures in .png format?
My own screencap saves pictures in .bmp format, I had to convert that sh[i]t[/i] to .gif and .jpg before I could upload it.

No trouble at all. It's fun actually. I use 'SnagIt', it saves to png automatically.

In what website is SnagIt found?
