Another open gutter road loading!

It's not an understatement to posit that solid and appealing world-class construction of public buildings in the south-east went with the exit of the likes of Dr M I Okpara and Dee Sam Mbakwe! The only constructions since their time that measure up a bit are the Enugu secretariat (and even that building has a few issues with its finishing); Umahis' projects in Ebonyi and the 4-star hotel in Agulu.

why are people saying he is not working and a scam. if my people in kogi state can have a half of working governor like this. believe me, they will vote him for third term

Enugu State is truly in the hands of God and Good Governor.

We Wish most governors can get up from their AC tight Governor and move to the street to see what they are spending money for..

If you are pointing in that direction, the person you are communicating with must be at the same point to view whatever is being pointed to clearly.

but from the picture, there is no one... so who is he deceiving? or maybe he is the site supervisor...

Also, those gutters are very shallow. i doubt if they can withstand heavy downpour.

Bottom-line - if you are doing something be genuine about it and do it well...

Watin concern police orderly with construction work? i beg the governor is obviously alone and that project doesn't look like there is any Engineer, supervisor around. More like photoshoot though, he just wanted to point cause that's what others do in situations like this. Actors everywhere

Ugwuanyi should do whatever he likes in Enugu state including fooling himself like seen in the first picture. Enugu . The people in Enugu have accepted Ugwuanyi as a collective mistake
It's already 5years 8 months down with only 2 years 4 months left. We will survive it and hopefully get a governor who is well exposed and has a craving for honest development. A governor who can build Enugu and will be proud to invite people to showcase his state. I still miss Sullívan Chime

Where is the contractor of the project?

How can he supervise work alone without site engineer or the contractor, who will take correction if there is any. I think just go there to show himself

Is it road construction or gutter construction cos if anybody call that thing a drainage-thunder will fire that person.
That thing constructed has exposed the people to more flooding and erosion...nonsense.
