I repeat, there is nothing, tactically, technically, defensively or offensively that Havertz can add to Chelsea that is better than what Dele Alli would add.

Interpretation - we don't need risky passengers or redundant AM. That type of player is becoming redundant in football and a tactical burden to the teams that carry them. We could have got Dele Alli for cheaper if that's what we need.
