Guys, please I need help. I recently ported my phone network to Glo. Since then,any transaction I do, requiring me providing an OTP sent via sms, is always aborted,cos I cant receive otps with my new line. I do receive ordinary sms, but otp have been a problem. I reinstalled my WhatsApp Now I am able to use my number because I don't receive the verification code or calls Who can help please? I have tried calling customer care to speak to an agent, the solution given to me was to deactivate DND which I jabe done , but still having the same problem |

Don't mind glo. They can swallow your thousands and still tender your sim useless as if they even have a working network. I am waiting for when they will finally block their sim |

I'm experiencing this too ever since I ported from Airtel to Mtn.... Can't receive Otp, and if my digit is recharged by someone via bank app or ussd, i don't normally get credited and the sender would be debited without no refunds made... |

Same issue here, OTP stopped after porting my line from MTN to Glo. |
