@syluck, I don't think WhatsApp group can work for now because I'm member of a particular WhatsApp group but the group isn't functioning because I think everyone is carried away with daily activities. If we can organize physical class activities I think that will work perfectly well.

If only you know how many self taught web developer there are out there. It's a two-faced thing. So don't emphasize on one part and leave the other one. I started learning web development less than four months ago and I didn't pay anyone any dime. Yet I have been able to build some cool stuffs with HTML, css, javascript and react!. If one is dedicated they can learn programming without paying anyone and be very good
