Imagine me now defending Wike and I am doing so because the bible said that whatever you do into the least of your brethren you have done that unto God. What if Wike has given 3 billion? For me Wike is a cheerful giver. His statement in Sokoto and I quote " There is no difference between Rivers state and Sokoto state.
