Honestly I'm not even surprise, because I know this international airport is not a child play from the very first day I visited the site. Everything that will airport, an airport of international standard is there. It will be very stunning and mind-blowing when completed and the spacing gives Room for future development. We now have the best and largest airport in West Africa here in Anambra State, and with time it will be the best airport in Africa. I WANT THIS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO BE OPERATED AND MANAGED BY ANAMBRA STATE GOVERNMENT (ANAMBRA AIRPORT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY(AADC) , ANAMBRA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED(AAIAIL). We don't need federal government or FAAN here in our Airport ChimaAdeoye: |

Those who are mocking the airport and said it can't be completed or it will be completed by next 5years, hope you all are seeing it now. Those who are talking rubbish when making there YouTube videos or vlog talking what they don't know, hope you are seeing now |

ChimaAdeoye:Bro you need to visit the sites to understand the levels of massive and standard work going on these sites, when these projects are finished, Obiano will be best governor so far in the history of Anambra, only an ignorant mind or hateful mind will say otherwise. |

Wasn't a big fan of Obiano. But with this, he has truely redeemed his name. Airport, ICC and mini stadium. Posterity will be kind on him. Will surely be amongst Anambra's greatests. |

ChimaAdeoye:This is very beautiful! ![]() By the time this airport is delivered Nigerians and southeasterners will be awed! The sweetness of the whole thing is the massive space for more expansion! Kudos to Wilie Obiano. Make Ndị Anambra proud again! Oginidi? |
| Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by stasius: 8:25am On Feb 02, 2021 |
Cjrane2:Exactly. You know some of our people like building nonsense batcher and container shops! Scattering everywhere with filth. This part of Anambra should be made classy in all ramifications. No business as usual! |
| Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by stasius: 8:30am On Feb 02, 2021 |
post=98656787:I visited there last year twice in a space of 4months. The speed and standard of work was mind blowing. You will only gape ur mouth and stare when you get there. |

My joy is that the project has cross the Rubicon to be abandoned. Even if obiano decides to abandon it now ( which I know is not going to happen) next governor can't ignore it. I don't care if our inner roads are ignored till these projects are achieved esp Airport. And the surprising thing is, State did not borrow to fund these projects. There's something about our IGR Anambra govt is not telling us. I give kudos to Obiano on this. For massive project like this to pass through funding, Paper work, Legal tussle with community, Acquiring lands and so on. Some People don't know that in Engineering, preparation of project is more tasking than actual work. |

![]() I love what I am seeing. The future of Igboland is tight. This is what our people need from government; infrastructure! Put things in place and leave the Igbo man to wow you with his industry. I also hope Enyimba city project will take shape like this. Igboland need to take flight into the future. Yes we can! |

| Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by PROUDIGBO(m): 11:50am On Feb 02, 2021 |
ChimaAdeoye:Also, it wouldn't be a bad idea if Air Peace builds their corporate headquarters along the airport road as well! |
| Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by PROUDIGBO(m): 12:09pm On Feb 02, 2021 |
The next Governor should also target two or three world-class, legacy projects or areas to deliver on during his/her tenure! I suggest they focus on gas-fed power supply to targeted industrial clusters and/or cities, and also gas supply to homes; appropriate revenue from oil and gas, and massive improvement in state IGR; and finally reticulated water supply to homes! These three areas will greatly add to the fortunes of the state! |

ChimaAdeoye:Wow! I am dumbfounded with this video, Obiano with this has cleared all doubt about the inauguration of the airport in April, and with the quality and pace of work being carried I can't but say this will be one of the best airports from Africa... Cairo, Johannesburg, Addis Ababa airports should get ready because a serious rival and contenders beckons. They should not joke with landscaping and overall aesthetics of this noble project to give it that ambience of an international look. It's obvious the eponym of the airport will bear Willie Obiano. Even with the pace of work at the ICC I can't but say the successor of Obiano will have to bulge their feet because the shoe this great man will be leaving behind will be to big to fit in perfectly. Dejee nwokeoma!!!! |
