Interesting to note that clients that buy 'big' through us don't come around hurling hurtful negative things when there is a basic problem, they most likely have 'bigger' perspectives probably because they own/run businesses that will be big some day and know that shortcomings at the early/starting years are impossibly inevitable or probably they have been buying for long to know shipping delays or one or two things as such tend to abound in this business that's why they try as much to exercise patience with us.
