You might not know this, but building a city is not just about erecting towers up and down, Quality drainage system, Quality Roads, wide canal channel .. power infrastructure must be in place, this is not konza city.

Proposed in 2015 contruction started in 2017, construction halted by court cases in 2018. It's a minor hiccup, the contruction will proceed sooner than later because their is money to made in building towers.
