But is is available on Jumia, it can even get to you within 5 days depending on location.

You can only ship from China to Nigeria. Coz I can see you are trying to ship from United States

it is already available in jumia here in Nigeria that's why the official store won't ship to Nigeria... You can order from other aliexpress stores At a slightly higher price if you just like waiting 2months for your goods
