The only thing that stopped me from a head on collision,was the absence of an oncoming car in the opposite direction.

Everywhere smells now, people throw plastic on the road carelessly. Cars are now parked every roadside.
Remember when leaving your car on the roadside for more than 10 mins will have it towed. Or you're fined for throwing away plastic on the road?

1 billion can change all that, with change to do other projects.

I've experienced different régimes in Enugu and this current one is the worst one.

For folks who really never understood the message, the Hon is talking about people who are parcelating the area into plots, cutting down trees that hitherto served as wind breakers and natural erosion control.

But he forgot to mention the governor started defacing the beautiful vegetation first. Siting various estates down even into the Ekulu river and up into the collieries. Don't blame the communities from taking a cue and wanting to partake in the real estate largese.
