Well quite a number of fans feel he was MOTM...as for me though, I personally feel Kova was the MOTM. Jorgo and Mount come really close. The midfield three was awesome today.

Also I didn't watch the full game so maybe my judgement isn't perfect.

So far so good.

1st half - dominant display, fast passes, lacked the cutting edge but we will get there.
2nd half - less dominant, a few mistakes here and there but got the job done.

Mason runs a lot but if I were Havertz, I wouldn't worry too much. He (Kai) only has to bring on something different to Mount - Intelligence.
Good to see CHO growing in confidence.
Kante, good to see him back but man, was he rusty after coming on?
Rudiger was solid, not sure if he made any mistake.
3 at the back might be the way forward. We watch and see.

I don't know what is wrong with you guys. This guy just turned 22 3 weeks ago. Just free him. If you go out and buy a Bruno, then Mount will not play. We all know that. But until that happens, Mount gets full support all the way. Even Tuchel that arrived 5 mins ago has already seen this. But you are still waiting for when Kai will bring intelligence.

We are profligate on the final third, City aren't. Pep isn't doing those high numbers this season because most teams tend to adopt the low block defensive system when up against him, that has seen them creating low scoring chances, and with David Silva, who sets the tempo of the team and keeps the play flowing gone, it has been a tad difficult for City to create chances on the final third.

That's unlike us who create chances and still fail to bury them. We don't have a clinical finisher in our team, or a striker who is intelligent enough to move into scoring positions. Werner was supposed to be that man but mehn, dude has been a shadow of himself.

We just need a top striker!
