Let's even agree with your claim Nairobi is 80% slum and the remaining 20% is a developed part,at least the 80% is clearly separated from the developed part,government can decide to demolish the slum and fill it up with world class housing and every thing becomes ok,but how do ghanaian government begin to tackle that of Accra which according to you might have 20% slum and 80% developed part when the 20% slum is well intergrated in the rest of the city?
