Troops of the Nigerian Airforce have killed more bandits during Air operations in Birnin Gwari Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

The sustained military operations followed recent killing of over 40 people in five local government areas of the state within 48 hours.

According to the Commissioner for Internal Security and Home affairs, Samuel Aruwan, bandits were seen at Sabon Madada with herds of cattle, and were engaged and neutralized accordingly by the troops.


The troops also killed several bandits who were seen along a track connecting Kuyanbana Forest and Sabon Madada.

The Commissioner also disclosed that air missions were conducted over other locations in Birnin Gwari Local Government Area including Goron Dutse, Sabon Madada, Dan Sadau, Baba Doka, Namaigiya, Kaboru, Danmani, Sani Maichoko and environs.

Ok Please does amnesty involve exchange of money or only telling them that their sins are forgiven that they should not sin more. What we are seeing in Nigeria is where public fund is used to settle criminals. Even the negotiators partake in the sharing. Why can't we enforce the law so that criminals will do their terms. It is now more honorable to be a criminal. A bandit can never be reformed through negotiation . we will end up increasing their number. If Nigeria cannot guarantee our safety, they should legalise arms carrying.
