Reason it doesn't matter.

1. Crypto currency doesn't require third parties to transact or to store currency in hardware wallet.

2. Peer to peer exchanges still opperate.

3. Unless the government shuts down the internet transactions will continue.

4. Less taxes and fees for holders of Crypto since middle men are cut out.

5. DeFi (decentralized finance) is inevitable.

The banks through kyc and BVN will know. Banks won't like to incur the wrath of CBN. Except you pay cash, you need the banks and CBN.
