Yes, because the environment isn't un-friendly. It gives room for people to unleash their potentials with ease.

Succinctly put! They would gladly prop up rebellious and anti-government individuals with recognition and awards all to encourage dissent in third world countries. But we saw the real America when it hit close to home during the capitol hill riot. The way and manner America responded to that internal threat would make any third world dictator green with envy.

The same Jack who donated Bitcoin and gave blue ticks to ENDSARS protesters was the same Jack who banned Trump permanently from Twitter for alleged incitement. When will Africans wake up?

Exile? Who pursue am? Who stop am from entering Naija?

Sincerely, a lot of motherfuckers out there overrate themselves, including that vainglorious, holier-than-thou, condescending, thieving, identity-stealing son-of-a-bitch, Rhino O'Mockery who claims to be on a self-imposed exile because of Buhari ... as if Buhari sabi am. grin

Now who's this Hundeyin guy with name sounding Franco-west-african? SMH.
Stop making noise and read about the surname Hundeyin and those that bear it.

Well, unless your definition of Franco-west-African includes a name from Badagry. This family is well known and have actually been impressive. David Hundeyin is an amazing journalist who is doing his thing. You can find him on Twitter.

CONGRATULATIONS!

David does sometimes come across as a Grade A a/hole in some of his writings, but his passion and intellect is never in doubt!

Judolisco:
We always do well outside because most countries have enabling environment... In Nigeria we were asked to go back to the farm.. U start farming herders will come with cows to graze on your farm u talk they slaughter u ASAP
IN Nigeria universities will go on strike for months u will graduate and the government will tell u to go and look for handwork that entrepreneurship is d way forward... D biggest problem we have are the people that will keep lying to us that Nigeria will be great yet their wives will go to dubai to chill for six months
PussyKing:
Once you are out if this useless country things seems to work
Angelfrost:
I can easily and correctly wager that most young Nigerians won't even understand a damn thing written about this guy, or what he sacrificed so much for.
For the avoidance of any doubt, David is NOT on physical exile outside Nigeria.
“Nigerian on Exile” is the moniker that he uses for his columns and freelance writings.

David is an Establishment kid who grew up in Ikoyi, attended some of the best Nigerian schools and whose family had the means to send him to good schools in the UK. Accordingly, his writing is so effective (and often acerbic) precisely because he is an Establishment figure writing about (and against) the bumblings and parochialism of the Establishment, largely using his Establishment privileges and connections to good effect.

CONGRATULATIONS to him!
