We have need to design a Software that will manage a loyalty program for our business. The basic features are:

-Allocate a percentage of gross profit of item sold to referrer.
-Generate and send sms to referrer
- Generate & send messages to contacts on birthdays or pre selected dates
-Generate and print a pre designed Gift card for referrer at particular time after reaching target points
etc.
