You trade draft picks and exchange players, each franchise and city work together to make that city more appealing to players, so when trade offers are made the players are willing to come

Brooklyn net went from nothing to a Challenger overnight because of that system, any team with the right management can become champions, it's fair and competitive not what is going on in germany

Bayern is signing players from direct rivals in the same league, thereby weakening them. It is different from a club abroad coming in to sign players in Bundesliga. Bayern signed Sane, Boateng, Gnabry etc from premiership. Man City and Arsenal are not Bayern's direct rival so its no problem.

For a league to be competitive, you need the best players to be spread evenly (well almost evenly) across the title contenders. But when one club have the power to pick these best players from the other title contenders, there is usually only one outcome at the end of the season.

Bayern picking the best players from BVB, Leipzig etc is just like Man City picking the best players from Liverpool, Chelsea, Man Utd etc (which is not possible).

Fact is Bayern will always win Bundesliga until BVB and the rest teams can have their own best players and be able to retain them.

If BVB was able to keep Lewandowski, don't you think they wouldn't have won at least one Bundesliga since his sale?
