If it's foreign used as claimed and duty fully paid then shey the car na free from overseas?

Oh. I just looked online , seems BMW X5M of this year are around $5000 dollars. That’s around 2M naira. So it’s not bad just seems BMW no get any resale value at all and it depreciate too fast
