Can i say 'WHAT CAN I DO YOU FOR' instead of 'WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU'..

Lol no doubt gramner is funny sometimes. To your questions, "What can I do you for?" is very wrong. The right one as you have wrote is "What can I do for you?"
