I also got infected at work, it is so saddening as it just messed up my plans. My initial symptoms were headache, tiredness, sore throat and cough. However, by God's grace, most of the symptoms are gone now. The only thing is just weakness which I know will go too by God's grace.
Regimen are

Truth is even if everyone around us fell n died, we will change script and say its mass poisoning and population control.

If in America that 400000 people hv died already and there are people that have not still believed, it will be almost stupid to belief that Nigerians who hv no iota of trust on the govt will bliv this figures.

In Nigeria, we belief that a ghost slapped a man and killed, but corona na scam...Lols
Oga, during Ebola, did Nigerians doubt its existence? In fact Nigerians over-complied with safety guidelines.
There are a lot of mysteries surrounding Covid-19 in Nigeria & the govt is not helping matters in that regard.
Also consider Kogi state.

I believe I have the virus but I'm in recovery. I have lost my sense of taste and smell since the last few days. I had a fever two days ago and it made me restless. I have a dry cough and managing. If this is Covid-19, you can go through it with a good immune system. Someone with an underlying condition may not manage the difficult breathing symptom and fever at the same time, it is challenging.

At work, my mumu management do us test by drawing our blood. Later dem give us Azithromycin, chloroquine phosphate, zinc, mectizan, vitamin D, vitamin B and the rest.

The first test was too stressful and took me two days, I was rejected at 3 locations. after it I went into home isolation until all my symptoms stopped

I waited some more days and then I went out

the information I got is that few days after your fever stops you are free to go outside
