Our passenger traffic has been experiencing a two digit growth from 2016.

If not for covid-19 our 2020 traffic should be closer to 25 million .

I think part of it is lack of common sense. Why would you ask for 2 yr rent for a house. In Kenya there are house for everyone and for every price. Starting from 10 dollars or less in slums - to even 10,000usd per month. And everywhere there is TO LET sign. You pay 1 month rent - and deposit - and you're done.

Nigerians when they come to Nairobi - and Somalis - insist on paying 1yr or so rent - and then they proceed to pack themselves like sardines in a house - and in 2yrs they've completed destroyed the house.

Why would you stay with relative when you can get house for any price?
