Kenya except for the drought of 1999 - for I think 3 months - we have no history of electricity blackouts or load shedding.

It doesn't even exist in our lingua franca. In kenya history load shedding can be counted in one hand - maybe it's happened twice the last 60yrs.

Let me check the books of Kenyan prisons then I'll tell you the number of Nigerians in Kenya.
