We have close to about 90 health training institutions that churn out over 22,000 nurses annually. they are all to be employed and if Ghana continue employing them into the system as it currently does without exporting them. I belive in the next five years, Ghana hospitals may be full with nurses that she don’t need. so logically, it makes sense to export them . so that they can also bring hard currency for the continue growth of the economy .

In terms of electricity kenya is very far ahead. It almost achieving developed world electricity quality.
For instance to reduce outage during maintanance - 4yrs ago - power distro started live maintenance.

As we speak Ghana 400 million dollars LNG regasification facility finance by Ghanaians is almost completed.

GE just invest 1 billion dollars in Ghana to create the world's largest LPG to energy facility
400Megawatts.

I am talking quality. Obviously per capita depend on stuff like minning, manufacturing and income levels - climatic conditions. Kenya do not need air-conditioning or heating system.

Trained more nurses , make it attractive by paying them well with good remuneration as well.. by this effort, you will meet the requirement . Ghana used to be in Kenya shoes some decades but not anymore

I think you don't understand what they mean by failure.
They failed to meet university entry requirement - which is to score at least C+.
Out of 500K students - about 150k - join university - C+ to A ( we don't have JAMB thing )
Those that score C-/C - become teachers/nurses/diploma course.s
Those that scored D+ and below become technicians - do certificate courses.
Those that score E - become artisans - course for that.
Nobody really fails so much they cannot be admitted to any course.

Quality of power - is have power 24-7 sufficient for use. We already achieved that in many areas. I don't use a lot of power - because it just lighting, tv, computers and rarely oven. Most cooking is LPG.

That is why you have a low standard and quality of live.

Good living is evident in power consumption.

There has been no load shedding in the last 30yrs in kenya. The first and last was in 1999. And we like Ghana are doing - brought generators - thermal plants.

You're in 1999 now.

Those thermal plants in kenya are emergency plants - we didn't sign take or pay.

We only use them if need be. Most of the contracts will end in 2030 - and we are done with them.

Ghana you have a long way to go with thermal plants.

here in Ghana, you have to pass to even go to college and poly in the first place.

That is why even our artisans are highly sort after.
