Good day to you all, plz I need the input of experts in the house.

I am planing to start my building project by this month (February 2021) ending. The land is available already, the list below is what I need help with

I need someone that can help me draw plan at affordable rate

I need cost estimates from foundation to final stage.
I don't want to renew my rent by October, by God's willing I want everything set up by then
