Serpents are indeed very beautiful creatures, if not handled very well can intoxicate you with their venom.
There is a forbidden island in Brazil known as IIHA DA QUIEMADA GRANDE, its known as snake island, golden lance snakes are found here as well as many snakes . You find snakes per 5 snake square meter on the island.

Snakes have different species. We have the cobras, pythons, vipers, mambas etc.
Not all snakes are venomous. For example the Python is non venomous that is why most people keep it as pet .

Australia is the country that has the highest species of snakes and snake bites.
